How are AI agents different from an AI assistant or chatbot?
An assistant responds when prompted and then stops. An agent runs on its own cadence, coordinates with other agents, and takes action — sending outreach, resolving tickets, publishing content, chasing invoices — escalating only the decisions that need your approval.
Do I need my own AI API keys?
No. AI model usage is included in every plan, bounded by per-task and daily cost caps. You can optionally bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, which takes over if you hit a daily cap — with no markup on tokens.
