Terms of Service

Digitalix Hub is an AI automation orchestration platform for creative production teams. Access is invite-only and may be suspended or revoked for abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or violation of these terms.

Demo access is temporary, limited in duration, and may be revoked without notice. Paid access requires an active subscription and successful billing state. We reserve the right to modify access tiers and availability as the platform evolves.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout at the applicable local rate.

Credits are consumed by job execution and may be reserved before a run starts. Infrastructure-side failures may be refunded automatically when the system classifies the run as eligible. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference materials, and destination use of all generated assets. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited content.

Generated outputs are provided as-is. Digitalix Hub does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs, but reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the platform.

The platform is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific uptime targets, or that generated outputs will meet your requirements.

Digitalix Hub's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Operational safeguards, provider routing, billing behaviour, and these terms may change as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
