The rules that govern your use of the Digitalix Hub platform, billing, and generated content.

Platform access

Digitalix Hub is an AI-powered company operating system that creates and manages autonomous agents on your behalf. Access may be suspended or revoked for abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or violation of these terms.

Free-tier accounts have limited agent tasks, scout frequency, and Q&A depth. Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Scale) unlock higher limits. We reserve the right to modify tiers and availability as the platform evolves.

Eligibility: Digitalix Hub is intended for users aged 18 or older, or 16+ where local law sets the digital-consent age there. We do not knowingly process data of minors; if we learn a minor has created an account, we will delete it.

Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Prices shown on the pricing page are net of VAT. VAT handling at checkout is being finalised with our tax provider — the total you are charged is always the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page immediately before you confirm payment.

Each tier includes a monthly task allowance. Tasks are consumed when agents execute work (e.g. drafting emails, running research). Unused tasks do not roll over. Tier upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — see Cancellation, refunds & your statutory rights below.

Cancellation, refunds & your statutory rights

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stedral billing settings. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and then ends — you will not be charged again.

Every first subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge, provided you have not yet started onboarding — the guided Q&A that builds your company backbone. Each onboarding answer triggers real LLM API calls and backbone generation on our infrastructure, so refunds are not available once that work has begun. To request a refund within the eligible window, email support@digitalixhub.com — refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Full terms at /refund-policy.

EU consumers: under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, you request immediate access and waive that statutory right. The 14-day money-back guarantee above continues to apply regardless of the waiver, on the same pre-onboarding condition — it is a contractual promise from us, not a statutory right.

Annual plans: when you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase and have not yet started onboarding, you receive a full refund. After either condition is no longer met, the remaining balance is non-refundable but your access continues to the end of the annual term.

Content, agents & shared responsibility

Agents act on your behalf based on your company memory, Q&A answers, and approval decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent-drafted outputs (emails, reports, etc.) before they are sent or published.

Digitalix Hub does not claim ownership of your company memory or agent outputs. The shared intel feed is derived from public web sources and is provided as-is. We reserve the right to use anonymised, aggregated platform usage data to improve the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract platform code, models, or system prompts; use the service to violate any law or third-party rights; share account credentials or resell access without our written consent; circumvent security controls, rate limits, or tier caps; or use the platform to generate content that infringes copyright, defames a person, harasses individuals, or constitutes illegal material.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of this clause — with or without notice depending on severity. For non-material breaches, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue before suspending access.

AI transparency (EU AI Act)

Stedral agents are AI systems. When you interact with an agent — through chat, the dashboard, scout intel, or any generated output — you are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. All agent outputs (emails, reports, briefs, recommendations, and other content) are AI-generated.

If you act as a deployer of these AI systems toward your own end users (for example, by forwarding agent-drafted communications or publishing agent-generated content), you are responsible for disclosing the use of AI to those end users where such disclosure is required, including under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

Liability & availability

The platform and its AI agents are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific uptime targets, or that agent outputs will be accurate or meet your requirements.

Digitalix Hub’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from agent actions you approved.

Changes & governing law

Agent capabilities, scout frequency, tier limits, and these terms may change as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

Severability: if any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
