14-day money-back guarantee
Billing starts when you subscribe β there is no separate trial period. Instead, every first subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee (see Refund eligibility below), so you can experience the full platform risk-free.
Creating an account is free and requires no card; you only pay when you pick a plan.
Paid plan cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period β you retain access to paid features until then.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your company memory, intel, and data remain exportable before your access ends.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if the platform does not meet your expectations. To request a refund, contact support@digitalixhub.com with your account email and reason.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Partial-month refunds are not available after the 14-day window β you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual plans
When annual billing is offered: if you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, the remaining balance is non-refundable but your access continues until the end of the annual term.
Downgrading from annual to monthly is treated as a cancellation of the annual plan β the same 30-day refund window applies.
Disputes and overages
Mid-cycle overage charges (β¬0.05 per task over your tier limit) are billed at the end of each billing period. If you believe an overage charge is incorrect, contact support within 30 days for review.
For billing disputes, email support@digitalixhub.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.
